Miekeraai is Pretoria based, but we can courier anywhere in South Africa. Enter 'Miekeraai' into Google Maps to park at the closest parking. Entrance 1 (Spur), level 1. We are located opposite Mugg & Bean.

Do you have a store?
Yes, we opened our first brick-and-mortar store in May 2023 and we are situated in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. Keep an eye out for other popup shops & markets in South Africa.

Courier and Self-collect:
How much are courier costs?
Courier anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy for R99.
How long does it take to receive my order if I choose the courier option?
You will receive your order within 1 – 5 working days. If you want it sooner you can email us on the contact page of the website so we can arrange it. There may be an additional courier cost.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, choose the self-collect option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. The pick-up point is in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. The exact address (Miekeraai Store) will be given in the email.
How long does it take to receive my order if I choose the self-collect option?
You can collect your order within 1-2 working days. If you want it sooner you can email me on the contact page of the website so we can arrange it (immediate pick-up). You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Gift cards and gift wrapping:
Do you provide gift cards?
Yes, there's a gift card under the products list. You can choose the amount of the gift card, it vary between R100 - R1000. We will send you the Miekeraai gift card via email. Alternatively, you can email us via the contacts page to request a gift card. You will receive a promo code which can only be used once and expires after 6 months. We also sell gift cards at our Pretoria Store.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes, just leave a note with your order or send me an email via the contacts page. We can gift wrap the whole order or separate the products if it’s individual gifts. Example, separate bridesmaids’ earrings. We do gift wrapping in store.
Stock:
When can I expect to see new stock online?
More or less every 2 – 4 weeks.
Will you repeat sold out stock items?
Stock is available until it is sold out. We can’t guarantee that I will receive more of the existing stock once it is sold out.
Will you customise orders?
We can make & customise certain products from scratch but most of our costume jewellery aren't handmade. Please email us with your request.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
We make use of the Payfast payment interface. PayFast has many automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
